Try a DDMIX class. DDMIX is a fun and entertaining full body aerobic workout suitable for all ages with easy to follow dance steps.
In a class you experience up to 10 different dance styles from Line dance to Bollywood. Jive to Charleston.

Move it or lose it is a low intensity class designed for older adults. We focus on strength, flexibility, aerobic, and balance. This fun and friendly class will help you improve balance and confidence, mobility and flexibility, strength and independence.
